Rhinoplasty, or a nose job, offers the opportunity to refine the nose by thinning the tip, reshaping or augmenting the bridge, adjusting angles with the forehead and upper lip, and correcting nostril asymmetry. Septorhinoplasty typically involves general anesthesia, though it can be performed under local anesthesia, particularly for nasal tip surgeries. Incisions are made either inside the nose in the nasal mucosa or on the columella, allowing surgeons to modify the bone and cartilage structures of the bridge and septum, as well as the nasal tip. Functional corrections to the septum and/or turbinates are performed through the same incisions. This outpatient surgery generally lasts 2-4 hours, depending on the complexity, and can be combined with jaw surgeries and/or chin implants.

It’s important to note that thick nasal tip skin can be improved, but it is challenging to refine without risking damage.

This quick procedure takes just over 30 minutes. You can choose to take one or two anxiety-relieving pills, and then your neck is numbed with local anesthesia. The surgery involves three small incisions, less than 1 cm each: one in the crease below the chin and one in each crease below the earlobes.

Chin liposuction technique

Post-procedure, you can return home immediately. The sutures—typically 3 to 4—will be removed within 5-7 days. Expect some swelling and potential bruising for 3-5 days, with the final results becoming apparent in about a month. To ensure optimal outcomes, we recommend wearing a compression bandage around your face and neck for one week, followed by nighttime use for an additional week.

FACIAL FAT TRANSFER
