Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa (“MedSpa”) and Angela Kogan previously published a photograph of Curtis J. Jackson, III p/k/a 50 Cent and were quoted in publications regarding 50 Cent. MedSpa and Ms. Kogan want to make it clear that 50 Cent is not their client and he did not receive medical or surgical services from them. MedSpa and Ms. Kogan further want to make it clear that 50 Cent did not have penis enhancement surgery or any other procedure to augment his genitals and any implication to the contrary is false.
